Senior Product Designer

OpenAsset is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their global team in New York, focusing on shaping the user experience of their marketing platform for the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and implement user-centered design solutions
• Contribute to and evolve our design system
• Use data and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve product experiences
• Advocate for best-in-class UX and design thinking across the company

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI product design, preferably in SaaS or B2B software
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Miro
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Comfortable with rapid prototyping, testing & learning
• Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
