UX Designer & Strategist

The UX Designer & Strategist will drive user-centered design solutions and create seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities include conducting user research, crafting intuitive interfaces, and developing UX strategies that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute UX strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Create personas, customer journeys, and user flows to inform design decisions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and collaborate with digital designer on high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Apply best practices in interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into user-friendly solutions.
- Provide UX guidance and recommendations throughout the product development cycle.
- Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Advocate for UX best practices and a user-centered design approach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design, research, and strategy.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience with user research methodologies and testing tools.
- Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
