The Lead UX Designer will own the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and usability testing. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and usability testing
- Lead the creation of wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives
- Conduct and synthesize user research, including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis
- Define and maintain UX standards, design systems, and best practices across teams and platforms
- Validate and iterate on design solutions through feedback sessions, usability testing, and live product evaluations
- Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility principles throughout the organization
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of UX design experience, including leadership or mentorship roles
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, design thinking, and execution across multiple platforms
- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform UX
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
