The UX Designer will develop a strong understanding of user experiences and conduct user research to recommend interaction designs. They will collaborate with product and development teams to implement designs and measure user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of users’ experience through the suite of products
- Coordinate and conduct generative and evaluative user research
- Recommend the best interaction designs and UX best practices
- Help validate and iterate
- Explore and define new features and enhancements
- Use storytelling skills to articulate the ‘why’ behind design decisions
- Collaborate with product and development teams
- Measure and report on user engagement and usage
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in UX, preferably in a commercial software environment
- Proficient in UX Research
- Proficient in creating prototypes using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent work experience
