The role involves collaborating with CRO specialists to create high-converting designs for e-commerce clients. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing UI elements, and presenting drafts for feedback.
Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with CRO specialists, product managers, and developers.
- Illustrate design ideas using wireframes, storyboards, and sitemaps.
- Design UI elements and flows for landing pages, PDPs, collection pages, carts, navigation, etc.
- Create UI mockups and prototypes to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Deliver original graphic assets (images, illustrations, layouts).
- Present drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, and iterate based on feedback.
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for usability.
- Adhere to consistent brand and style guidelines across projects.
Requirements
- English proficiency.
- Proven track record as a UI/UX Designer on e-commerce projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (before/after examples preferred).
- Proficiency in Figma (must).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently from task lists.
