You will support clients in the ideation, design, and development of innovative digital products and services. The goal is to create unique experiences that meet real user needs and satisfy business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in ideating, designing, and developing innovative digital products and services
- Create unique experiences that meet user needs and business requirements
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior
- Design information architectures optimized for user experience
- Produce flowcharts and wireframes
- Validate design solutions using different techniques
- Present and justify design choices to the team and clients
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UX Designer experience in structured contexts (consultancy, communication agencies, final clients)
- Solid knowledge of Design Thinking and User Centered Design processes and methods
- Management of workshops with end-users and stakeholders (needs mapping, system mapping, information architecture definition, product requirements definition, feature prioritization)
- Comprehension and translation of business needs and requirements into digital services and products (target group definition, personas creation, storyboards, scenarios, user flows, use cases)
- Benchmark analysis and scenario UX Audit and heuristic evaluations
- Excellent knowledge of user research and user behavior analysis to guide design choices
- Excellent knowledge of user behavior monitoring tools (Hotjar, Contentsquare, Clarity, etc.)
- Design of user experience-optimized information architectures
- Production of flowcharts and low/high fidelity wireframes
- Excellent knowledge of main design and rapid prototyping software (Figma, Penpot, Framer, Adobe XD)
- Familiarity with different design validation techniques and methodologies
- Presentation and motivation of design outputs and deliverables to the project team, SEO, Development, and justification of design choices through functional specifications
- Experience in CRO (Conversion rate optimization)
- Knowledge of AB Testing tools (AB Tasty, VWO, etc.)
Key Skills
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) (nice to have)
- Facilitation skills (nice to have)
- Excellent ability to communicate design choices and research insights to both the team and the client (nice to have)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and testing and delivery phases (nice to have)
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics (nice to have)
- Good knowledge of SEO logics (nice to have)
- Curiosity with a great passion for 360-degree design topics
