Lead the design and development of innovative products for the expanding product line. Collaborate with leadership on product development strategy and ensure all designs align with the brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of innovative products for the expanding product line.
- Create detailed visual concepts, mockups, and prototypes to bring ideas to life.
- Develop comprehensive design assets for product marketing, packaging, and sales materials.
- Collaborate with leadership on product development strategy and market positioning.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with established brand identity and values.
- Research market trends and customer preferences to inform design decisions.
- Create detailed specifications and guidelines for manufacturing and production.
- Design compelling product presentations and marketing materials for launch campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product launches.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar).
- Strong understanding of product development processes from concept through production.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with packaging design and knowledge of production constraints.
- Understanding of market research and user experience principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for travel and creating products that enhance meaningful experiences.
