Product Designer

Rillet is looking for a product designer to work across the design process and shape the product strategy and user experience of their accounting & finance software.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire-framing to UI design.
• Work closely with product and engineering to define both the short-term tactical goals and long-term vision.
• Enhance the design system for Rillet.
• Understand the array of user goals, business requirements and technical constraints that shape our product.
• Pull inspiration from various sources to invent new interaction paradigms in finance & accounting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as leading design teams in product-driven B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience working on end-to-end design projects, from research to implementation.
• Proven experience working with complex design problems and systems.
• Demonstrated experience with all stages of the design process, from discovery to delivery.
• Ability to understand and visualize complex systems, from financial concepts to design system components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with internal cross-functional teams and customers.
