Responsibilities
- Engage in all stages of the user research and product design process.
- Collaborate on problems with experts in different fields ranging from AI engineers to document specialists.
- Inform and validate your designs with user research and user testing.
- Deliver high-quality solutions and work with the engineering team to make them come to life.
- Identify success metrics and measure the impact of your work.
- Join workshops and critique sessions to bring forward new ideas and continuously improve our products and processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, visual craft, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences.
