You will be responsible for upholding excellent customer experience for all products and journeys within your team. This includes driving collaboration across teams and researching customer needs through various methods.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for upholding excellent customer experience for all the products and journeys within your team
- Driving collaboration across teams
- Researching and understanding customer needs through explorative research, usability testing and data analysis
- Working closely with Product Owners and Tech teams to ship high quality work
- Contributing to our design systems and continuous improvement of ways of working within the team
- Champion and maintain standards of design in the wider business function
Requirements
- Experience working across all parts of the design process
- UX Research
- UX Design
- UI Design
- Design thinking
- Working in an agile environment
- Hands on experience in UX design and research disciplines, tools, and processes
- Experienced in working and contributing to design systems and design standards in Figma
- Experience of working on apps (iOS and Android) is preferred
