Product Designer - 1 (L5)

As a Product Designer 1, you will translate user insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also develop interactive prototypes and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency across products.

Responsibilities

• User-Centered Design: Translate user insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Ensure that all design decisions are driven by a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design objectives and requirements. Brainstorm creative solutions and provide design recommendations based on project goals.
• Prototyping and Testing: Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and usability. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and patterns to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product design, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
