Staff Product Designer – Retail Product Design
Coupang • Seoul, South Korea 🇰🇷
Design the user experience for the retail core platform used by Coupang vendors and internal business/operations teams. Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and other designers to create AI-based product sourcing and registration experiences.
Responsibilities
- Report to Design Director and collaborate with senior design leaders on new AI service design projects.
- Benchmark industry best practices to enhance design quality and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and product teams to complete products.
- Propose new visions for recently launched services and lead continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience.
- Experience leading projects from user research insights to completion.
- Proficiency in Figma for high-quality UI/UX design.
- English communication skills (preferred for global team collaboration).
