Senior Product Designer (w/m/d)

The Senior Product Designer will focus on user-centered product experiences, conducting discovery and research to identify user needs and product quality. They will collaborate closely with product management and engineering to develop solutions from initial sketches to final interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Discovery & Research: Identify problems and opportunities with a focus on user needs and high product quality.
- Datengetriebenes Design: Incorporate relevant data into design decisions and measure solution success.
- Prototyping & Testing: Bring ideas to life through prototypes and validate them in user tests.
- Product Design Excellence: Develop comprehensive solutions from initial sketches to final interfaces, advance design systems, and introduce new design trends, methods, and AI tools.
- Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Work closely with Product Management and Engineering, and collaborate with Research, Analytics, and Brand.
Requirements
- Product Experience: More than 5 years in product design, ideally in SaaS or startup environments, including mobile apps.
- Strategic Thinking: Understanding of business goals and ability to contribute to product roadmap and prioritization.
- Tool-Expertise: Proficient in Figma, experience with Dovetail, Mixpanel, and AI tools.
- Qualitรคtsfokus: Focus on measurable results like CSAT, CES, Conversion Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value.
