You will lead a team of designers and oversee user research to propose optimized solutions for various projects. Additionally, you will ensure the coherence of the user experience and provide recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead a UX/UI design team.
- Supervise and participate in user research.
- Direct design strategy with product teams.
- Analyze and report on user tests.
- Ensure user experience consistency.
- Provide improvement recommendations.
- Design wireframes and prototypes.
- Create mockups.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a vision product.
- Expertise in management, user research, design system, and user testing.
- Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe suite.
- Teamwork and Agile methodology skills.
- User-centered design thinking.
- Good English proficiency (bonus).
