As a Product Designer II, you will design interaction and visual UI for new product features and improve existing products. You will conduct user research to understand user behaviors and needs, ensuring products are user-friendly and visually appealing.
Responsibilities
- Define, test, and iterate on the interaction design of new and existing features (user-flows, detailed product wireframes, prototypes)
- Participate in user research to guide product design decisions (contextual inquiry, usability testing, competitive analysis, etc.)
- Ensure all aspects of our product are easy to use and delightful
- Design beautiful visual UI that adheres to our UI design standards (detailed high-resolution screen mockups)
- Work with dev scrum teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution designs
Requirements
- Proven track record of designing successful SaaS-based software products and features from scratch
- At least 4 years of product-based UX design experience working on complex desktop, web, and/or mobile software apps
- Portfolio of work demonstrating expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping/testing, and visual UI design
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in daily work activities
- Ability to collaborate with a team of product managers, designers, and developers
- Time management and productivity skills
- Experience presenting ideas and designs to coworkers and customers
- Distilling and communicating results of user research
- Prioritization skills for multiple projects
- Self-management of time and productivity
- Curiosity about AI's potential and eagerness to learn and adapt
