The Product Designer will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs across all stages, from wireframes to high-fidelity mock-ups, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will also contribute to idea generation and problem-solving through workshops and assist in planning user testing sessions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to idea generation and problem-solving through participation in workshops, brainstorms, and collaborative exercises
- Deliver high-quality designs across all design stages, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity mock-ups
- Produce supporting design documentation such as user journeys, wireframes, site maps, and component specifications
- Manage your own tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and balancing multiple priorities
- Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams to ensure user experience metrics are considered
- Assist in planning and organizing UX/UI workshops, user testing, and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with product, marketing, and technology teams to understand project requirements and identify design opportunities
- Actively participate in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate to find design solutions for business problems
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards
- Advocate for a strong user experience across products
- Communicate clearly and concisely with internal stakeholders and external partners/clients
- Actively seek out and apply feedback to improve your design skills and delivery
- Contribute positively to team discussions and departmental goals
- Strive to be a positive example for your peers
- Stay updated on current trends in UI, UX, and Product Design
- Understand business challenges and work with the product team to address them through design
- Be open to new ideas, processes, and ways of working, always striving for design excellence
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in Product Design / UX/UI
- Experience using Figma, Dovetail, JIRA, Mixpanel (or similar)
- Experience working effectively in an agile environment
- A strong portfolio with compelling case studies
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Exposure to launching new product features or iterations
- Experience participating in or assisting with workshops and usability tests
- Experience working on AI driven products/features
- Foundational understanding and application of UX principles and processes
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
