Design the next-generation developer experience for AI agents, focusing on user interaction and collaboration. Conduct user research and analytics to enhance user cognition, productivity, and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Designing the next-generation developer experience for the agentic AI world
- Working closely with the Cognition product and engineering teams
- Prototyping complete experiences to make improved product and service feel tangible
- Presenting complex concepts in an easily digestible narrative
- Deeply understanding the end-to-end user experience of developers
- Contributing to the design system for Navan Cognition
- Seeing designs through from conception to in-product release
- Conducting user research and combining with analytics to find actionable design improvements
Requirements
- 7+ years of strategic product design, preferably with experience designing for developer tools, technical SaaS, or workflow and automation software
- Experience designing elegant, usable experiences for highly complex systems
- Proven track record of driving and shipping impactful, high-quality work in B2B or developer product spaces
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and commitment to details
- Working knowledge of design thinking and user-centric practices
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
