Responsibilities
- Leading projects that define the future of Zoom’s third-party integration experiences
- Crafting user journeys that bridge Zoom with external platforms
- Ensuring integration experiences align with customer needs, business priorities, and partner ecosystem capabilities
- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into intuitive experiences
- Acting as a design advocate and strategic partner across disciplines
- Helping shape the vision and standards for integration design
- Contributing to shared frameworks and patterns
- Owning design execution with confidence in Figma
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience with 6+ years in product design
- Experience designing third-party integrations and ecosystems
- Skill in managing complex cross-functional projects across timezones
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking practices
