Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences for core products—from research and ideation to execution and refinement.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to solve user needs.
- Use user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that meet user needs and brand goals.
- Champion design excellence and usability for intuitive, accessible products.
- Help build and evolve our design system for consistency across touchpoints.
- Provide mentorship to junior designers while nurturing a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with expertise in both visual and interaction design.
- An independent problem solver who takes projects from concept to completion.
- A strong communicator and storyteller who presents design ideas through compelling narratives.
- Growth-oriented, demonstrating dedication to continuous learning and flexibility.
- A natural leader who guides and mentors team members and drives positive change.
