Conduct market research to identify gaps and translate findings into feasible designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Turn ideas into reality: take broad, conceptual ideas and transform them into useful and valuable designs for our products
- Collaborate and innovate: work closely with Product, Research, Engineering, and other teams from concept to completion
- Lead and inspire: drive planning, strategy, and vision on key priorities across cross-functional teams
- Design with impact: own the end-to-end design process, including user flows, interaction, and visual design across multiple projects
- Present and perfect: present designs, prototypes, and concepts to stakeholders, ensuring top-notch quality
- Stay ahead: keep up with the latest design trends, AI applications, and emerging product ecosystems to bring fresh ideas into our work
Requirements
- Creative and bold approach to design
- Collaborative and open communication skills
- Experience with AI tools or AI-driven products
- Portfolio showcasing design thinking, hands-on expertise, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in designing 3D experiences is a big plus
- Super App mindset: understanding the complexity of designing for ecosystems that bring multiple services together
- Designing for VR, AR, MR, and emerging technologies is a plus
- Prototyping 3D interactions is a plus
- Familiarity with novel user inputs like hand or eye tracking is a plus
- Experience shaping design in large-scale or multi-service platforms (like super apps) is a plus
