The UI/UX Designer will conduct user research and create wireframes and prototypes to enhance digital experiences. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback and behavior to inform design decisions and improvements
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for new features and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on design concepts and incorporate feedback
- Design intuitive and user-friendly responsive designs that align with industry best practices
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Understand WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives and technical constraints
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in e-commerce or technology sectors
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Amplitude, Optimizely, and Adobe Creative Suite
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions and thought processes
- Experience in user research and a strong understanding of UX principles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with an ability to present to and influence other designers, PMs, and senior executive management
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on design decisions
- Being an independent thinker and problem solver while also able to work in a team setting
- Experience shipping customer facing digital products (web, apps or software) preferably in eCommerce
- Proficiency in utilizing website analytics and user behavior analysis tools
Key Skills
