Design end-to-end user experiences for mobile and web apps, from concept to implementation. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless handoff and alignment.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for mobile and web apps, from concept to implementation
- Translate business goals and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless handoff and alignment
- Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
- Iterate designs based on feedback, testing insights, and evolving product requirements
- Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and user-centric principles across all touchpoints
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline)
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably within tech or start-up environments
- Strong portfolio (Portfolio link needed) demonstrating user-centred design across mobile and web interfaces
- Mastery of Figma for design prototyping and collaboration
- Proficiency in other design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Experience working within cross-functional product teams using agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote settings
