The Graphic Designer will create engaging, on-brand visuals for various marketing campaigns and content. Responsibilities include designing assets for social media, email, digital ads, and packaging while ensuring visual consistency across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Design assets across channels: social media, email, digital ads, landing pages, and packaging.
- Translate marketing briefs into visual campaigns that are on-brand, high-converting, and beautifully crafted.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to develop creative concepts.
- Contribute to evolving the brandβs visual language in partnership with the Design and Marketing team.
- Prepare and deliver production-ready design files (static and animated, if applicable).
- Ensure visual consistency across all channels and campaigns.
- Support product and content teams with UI visuals, presentations, or branded templates.
Requirements
- 2β6 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles, marketing materials, and campaigns.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines while thoughtfully pushing boundaries.
- Well organized with strong attention to detail and file naming/workflow hygiene.
- Proactive and resourceful, taking the initiative to solve problems.
- Customer-first mindset, always considering the userβs perspective.
- Adaptable and collaborative, thriving in a team environment.
- Results-driven with strong attention to quality and detail.
Key Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, and Canva (bonus).
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines while thoughtfully pushing boundaries.
- Well organized with strong attention to detail and file naming/workflow hygiene.
