The Graphic Designer creates impactful visual designs for various internal and external communications. They maintain high design standards and brand integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design production β Create digital and print assets (social, email, decks, templates, event materials) that align with brand and campaign guidelines.
- Collaboration β Work with design leads and cross-functional teams to deliver on creative briefs and apply feedback quickly.
- Project management β Maintain organized files, version control, and meet deadlines.
- Brand consistency β Support brand alignment across all deliverables and templates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant production or in-house design experience.
- Strong portfolio showing layout and production work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
- Receptive to feedback and design critique.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Willing to learn and follow established processes.
- Baseline understanding of Figma is a plus.
- Experience with animation or web/UX design is a plus.
