As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will create captivating visual marketing collateral and work closely with the Marketing team to enhance customer engagement. You will also contribute to the creation of motion graphics and video content for global platforms.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing team to create creative and engaging designs
- Present and develop new ideas and design concepts to continually increase customer engagement and connection globally and to position the Lorna Jane brand as a design leader
- Create original content through graphic design and illustration as required
- Read and understand received briefs to commence the design process, liaising design concepts with stakeholders
- Fulfill the design brief by creating high-quality designs that meet brand guidelines
- Design and execute collateral in support of creative campaigns
- Review designs and crosscheck the work with the original brief to ensure requirements have been met and that no errors are present
- Contribute to the creation of motion graphics and video for the business across all global platforms to increase customer engagement and connection
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years' experience in Graphic Design in the retail/fashion industry
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic experience in Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Basic motion/animation skills desirable
- Understanding of current design standards and trends
- Experience implementing and creating style guides
- Strong photo retouching skills
- High attention to detail/proofing skills
