The Graphic Designer will promote Trulieve's mission and elevate communications through the development of omni-channel promotional initiatives. They will create digital and print creative that aligns with brand guidelines and state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit genuine creative passion about being a part of the company’s success
- Align concepts to creative brief and develop solutions within a range of channels
- Follow look, tone, and feel for both retail and product brands
- Create a range of ideas and designs ensuring the art direction and visual presentation supports the concepts
- Collaborate with Copywriter and Sr. Designer to develop ideas that are on-brief and on-strategy
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years Graphic Designing experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing
- Ability to provide an online portfolio displaying body of work
Key Skills
- Good sense of design aesthetics
- Produce solid concepts and execute on direction
- Understand the value of the briefs
- Strong knowledge of Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma
- Solid understanding of digital and content marketing principles
- Excellent time management skills
