Senior Manager Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer Team Lead oversees the creative direction and execution of design projects, ensuring visual consistency across company communications. This role involves leading a team of designers to produce innovative designs while aligning outputs with strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact, visually compelling graphics across various platforms, including social media, events, web, and internal communications
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and support business objectives
- Leverage AI-powered design and productivity tools to enhance creative output and streamline workflows
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in design innovation, motion graphics, and AI-driven tools
- Lead and supervise the Egypt-based design hub team, overseeing the full creative process from brief to delivery
- Allocate resources effectively to meet the volume and timelines of design requests
- Review, guide, and approve all team outputs to ensure alignment with brand identity and creative excellence
- Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering continuous skill development and creative growth
- Promote a culture of innovation, quality, and collaboration within the team
- Own day-to-day team operations including workload planning, performance tracking, and quality assurance
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and content teams across the organization
- Manage design hub budget and headcount planning
- Scale the team in line with increasing global demand and service scope
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design software
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong ability to leverage AI-powered tools for creative design
- In-depth understanding of brand identity and visual communication
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in graphic design
- Experience leading a team of 5-10 people
- Experience working in global consultancies, agencies servicing global brands, or multinational corporations
- Strong passion for pushing creative boundaries and going the extra mile
