Lead the evolution of SpeakUp’s brand identity across all channels and design engaging visuals for digital and print. Build templates and toolkits that enable non-designers to create on-brand content and produce videos to bring the brand to life.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of SpeakUp’s brand identity across all channels.
- Design engaging visuals for digital and print: ads, social, websites, brochures, presentations.
- Build templates and toolkits that enable non-designers to create on-brand content.
- Use AI tools to scale design and video workflows.
- Produce and edit videos to bring our brand to life.
- Keep us ahead of trends—fresh, bold, and consistent.
Requirements
- 2+ years of design experience (bonus if you’ve done video).
- Strong in Adobe Creative Cloud + Figma; curious and confident with AI design tools.
- Experience in SaaS B2B or scale-up culture is a plus.
- Creative, fast, and adaptable—able to deliver high output without sacrificing quality.
- Passionate about design and excited to build a brand that people love.
