The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Creative Director and team members to produce innovative designs for marketing campaigns and brand materials. They will ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to understand design requirements and implement visual concepts for campaigns.
- Conceptualize and design visual elements for marketing campaigns and brand materials.
- Produce creative and visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including digital and print.
- Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop and present design concepts, incorporating feedback as needed.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into compelling visual assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs within project deadlines.
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of brand identity guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging creative techniques.
- Present and explain creative concepts to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software and multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Graphic animation skills and software are a plus.
- Web design, UI/UX is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
- Innovative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of design trends.
Key Skills
