Junior / Mid-level Graphic Designer

The Junior to Mid-Level Graphic Designer will develop and execute high-quality visual content for various digital and print media while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. They will also design and animate engaging motion graphics and translate complex marketing concepts into visually appealing formats.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality visual content for digital and print media
- Ensure all visual assets are consistent with brand guidelines for GrowthDesk, DREA, and SKALE
- Design and animate engaging short-form videos, GIFs, and other motion graphics
- Translate complex marketing concepts and data into clear, compelling, and visually appealing infographics and data visualizations
- Explore and implement AI tools to streamline workflows, generate creative concepts, and assist in asset creation
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand objectives and deliver design solutions
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial brief to final delivery
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a fast-paced agency or in-house marketing team
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design principles, typography, and color theory with a focus on digital-first design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing
- Demonstrated ability to create and animate motion graphics for various digital platforms
- Curious mindset and proactive interest in using AI tools to enhance design workflows and output
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly
- Collaborative spirit and ability to receive and apply constructive feedback
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing pixel-perfect work
Key Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- After Effects and Premiere Pro (strongly preferred)
- Figma or Sketch (bonus)
- VEO, Flow, SORA, Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly (AI tools)
