Remote $800 - $1,200 Full-time

The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for marketing campaigns and ensure all visuals are consistent with brand guidelines. This role focuses on executing designs for various marketing materials, collaborating closely with the Growth/Strategy Marketer.

Responsibilities

  • Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, including refresh and maintain website/landing page layouts in line with brand guidelines (design side only)
  • Maintain and update the centralized brand and marketing materials library (templates, graphics, case studies, decks, one-pagers)
  • Ensure all visuals are consistent with BetterUnite’s brand guidelines (colors, typography, templates)
  • Support internal teams (sales, events, customer success) with designed collateral as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of graphic design or marketing design experience (agency or SaaS preferred)
  • Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
  • Familiarity with web/landing page design tools (HubSpot CMS)
  • Portfolio that demonstrates strong design sense and marketing asset execution
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly
