Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing engaging designs tailored for various social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency. They will also create templates and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and brand-aligned social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, and ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter (X).
• Adapt designs into various formats (static, GIFs, short motion graphics) optimized for different platforms.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, high-quality, and delivered within deadlines.
• Stay up to date with social media design trends and competitor strategies.
• Create templates and style guides for consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Work on ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a well reputed University.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio focused on social media content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Canva (Figma is a plus).
• Understanding of social media best practices (aspect ratios, file formats, trends, and platform-specific guidelines).
• Experience with basic video editing/motion graphics for reels, shorts, or ads (preferred).
• Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Canva (Figma is a plus).
