Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer performs creative and graphic design tasks to deliver outputs that effectively convey messages and capture audience attention. They create compelling visual designs for various media and support cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of organization, business processes and clients
• Assists other creatives and help the professional development of less experienced team members in the development and execution of creative concepts and campaigns
• Creates compelling visual designs and layouts for a variety of media using skills to solve visual challenges and advise of the best approach
• Seeks to widen skill set by following industry trends and develop exceptional skills in one or multiple areas (ie, software)
• Supports cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, offering insight and advice to meet project goals and client needs
• Uses a considered approach to meet the expectations of the client and stakeholder to deliver high-quality solutions with support from senior team members
• Ensures that all creative work meets brand guidelines and standards. Evaluates own work and that of less experienced team members with a strong understanding of brand compliance, quality expectation and application
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines. Proactively manages time and able to work in collaborative workflows
• Able to work proactively with work winning teams, offering guidance and expertise, to deliver high quality digital and printed media
• Provides guidance to entry level designers
