Web & Graphic Designer - German Speaking | Berlin (m/w/d)

You will be responsible for our web presence, including updates, structure planning, and content roadmap, focusing on performance and user experience. Additionally, you will create and optimize landing pages for paid campaigns and produce creatives for various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage web presences including updates, structure planning, and content roadmap
- Create and optimize landing pages for paid campaigns
- Implement website updates and create new pages with Webflow
- Conceptualize and produce creatives (video & image) for various platforms
- Develop headlines and conversion-strong texts for campaigns
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and workflows
Requirements
- 2–5 years relevant experience in marketing with a focus on content and graphic design
- Strong background in content and graphic design with an understanding of UI/UX principles
- Proficiency with Canva, Figma, Webflow, and Unbounce
- Creativity, communication, and hands-on mentality
- German native speaker, very good English (C1 level)
