You will define and measure quantitative UX goals in collaboration with designers and product managers. Analyzing tracking data to understand user behavior and presenting results to stakeholders will also be part of your role.
Responsibilities
- Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics in collaboration with designers and product managers
- Analyze tracking data to understand user behavior and extract meaningful patterns
- Help expand the UX-Research area and bring valuable ideas and experiences
- Identify user needs and present results stakeholder-appropriately
- Ensure every user experience with us is memorable
- Regularly learn from our users through direct interaction
Requirements
- 5 years of experience applying quantitative and qualitative methods in a professional setting
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and target-group appropriately
- Exact and independent work
- Very good understanding of Swiss German and good German and English language skills
