Lead, design, and conduct user research to improve understanding of users and enhance user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product development and advocate for user-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Embed user research into the discovery and product development process
- Deliver both in-house and 3rd party research
- Design and facilitate workshops
- Conduct primary and secondary user research
- Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research
- Perform market and ethnographic research
- Perform usability studies with users
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritise and evaluate research topics
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences
- Provide support, guidance and coaching to designers, researchers, copy writers, product managers and UX & UI
- Drive accessibility within the UX Research team
- Implement research insights across the organization
