The UX Researcher will be part of the Worldwide Audit team, focusing on user behavior and optimizing audit processes. They will conduct research studies, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve standard work compliance across various regions.
Responsibilities
- Part of the Worldwide Audit team focused on audit user behavior and creating effective audits
- Conduct research studies using a range of methodologies
- Optimize all phases of research: defining research objectives, target users, protocol development, data collection, analysis, and synthesis
- Understand a broad range of analytic techniques and know when to use them
- Synthesize difficult or medium-to-large data sets into actionable insights
- Provide insights into market opportunities and work backward from the customer to understand audit platform features, detailed functional requirements, and end user needs
- Articulate customer pain points, make recommendations to resolve them, and champion customer insights that impact products
- Create and deliver research reports, user quotes, and/or videos with consistent high quality
Requirements
- 5+ years proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact
- Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field
- A strong research portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
- Experience conducting both strategic and tactical research studies
- Proven track record of influencing product decisions through research insights
