You will plan and conduct user research to uncover user behaviors, motivations, and challenges. Additionally, you will synthesize findings into actionable insights that guide design and development.

- Communicate user pain points and the value of solutions in a way that inspires action.
- Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Champion a user-first mindset, ensuring every project starts with customer needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX research experience, ideally in SaaS or growth-focused products.
- Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Highly organized, with the ability to structure complex insights into clear requirements.
- Strong communicator, able to bridge user understanding with product decision-making.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across design, product, and engineering teams.
