Digital Product Designer, UX Researcher - Digital Platform & Infrastructure

The UX Researcher will act as the user's advocate to ensure that digital platforms provide a smooth and engaging experience. This role involves conducting user research, usability testing, and collaborating with multi-functional teams to improve product design based on user insights.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the user’s advocate to guarantee that our digital platforms provide a smooth and engaging experience.
• Design, conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing.
• Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.
• Work closely with multi-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
• Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through engaging and relatable storytelling.
• Participate in creating user-centric, compelling and playful user experience and design on products based on insights from research and user testing.

Requirements

• Preferred candidate has a few years of UX research experience (enterprise experience is a plus).
• Can communicate complex ideas and problems to a diverse audience.
• Agile and flexible to adapt the design process based on project needs, yet able to explain meaningful consequences of trade-offs.
• Confident in presenting and explaining work to collaborators and colleagues.
• Facilitating relevant workshops (i.e Design sprints, conceptualization workshops, Design studios etc.).
• Enjoy being around people who see Enterprise UX as a very exciting problem-solving playground.
• Exhibit a real passion for design and making things for people that they remember and love.
• A bachelor or master in a human behavior, HCI or related field (or similar and demonstrable work experience).
• Take a service design thinking approach to relevant problems and handle OKR’s as target points in the process.
• Accustomed to voicing support for the benefits of the human-centered approach to craft with a win-win-win demeanor for you, for collaborators, and for the end user.
• Advanced English both written and verbally.
