UX Researcher

You will design, plan, and execute research plans for various projects, analyzing user behavior and reporting findings to stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user-centered opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs in order to design the research strategy
• Design, plan and execute research plans for different projects
• Analyze and report research findings (user behavior) to different stakeholders
• Evangelize user-centered thinking and research best practices
• Shape and evolve our user research processes and best practices
• Work in collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, UI and other UXRs

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience conducting user research and usability testing for digital products or solutions
• Deep understanding of Human Centered Design methodologies
• Hands-on experience applying quantitative and qualitative user research methods, remotely and in-person
• End-to-end experience with all aspects of the user research lifecycle
• Ability to lead workshops, ideation exercises and product and service definitions
• Degree or higher in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Anthropology, Human Computer Interaction, Design or equivalent field
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
• Strategic mindset
• Good organization skills to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative
• Care about accessibility and inclusive design
• Great team player
