The UX Researcher will design and conduct various research methods to uncover user needs and behaviors. They will synthesize findings into actionable insights to guide product and design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights
- Develop personas, journey maps, and research documentation
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers
- Track and measure the impact of design decisions
- Advocate for the voice of the customer
- Stay updated on UX trends, research tools, and methodologies
Requirements
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing practices
- Proven experience with research tools such as Maze, UsabilityHub, UserTesting, or equivalent platforms
- Skilled in data analysis and storytelling
- Proficiency in Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in travel tech, SaaS, or B2B products is a plus
