As a UX Researcher II, you will independently plan and execute research studies for key product features. Your work will focus on understanding user interactions with AI-driven systems to inform product design and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Independently plan and execute research studies with a variety of methods for key product features.
- Own the end-to-end research process, from defining goals and methodology to synthesizing findings and presenting them to your product team.
- Focus on research questions specific to AI, such as user trust in algorithms, comprehension of AI-driven decisions, and the experience of personalization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, and engineering) to ensure insights are understood and actioned upon.
- Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of UX research experience.
- A portfolio showcasing ability to plan, execute, and impact shipped products.
- Experience with a range of research methodologies.
- Growing autonomy and ability to manage project timelines and priorities.
