The UX Researcher focuses on understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through various research methodologies. They will analyze business understanding and define the end user for the service/product.
Responsibilities
- Understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations through observation, task analysis, and feedback methods
- Participate in business understanding and final user definition
- Conduct research and analysis with final users and business to identify pain points and functionalities
- Identify areas of opportunity in structure and suggest improvements
- Contribute to project strategy to support stakeholders
- Elaborate scripts and execute user interviews
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative information
- Conduct usability tests
- Run workshops or working sessions with business and users
- Strategic and methodological focus
- Master blueprint, customer journey, and experience prototypes
- Analyze information and deepen understanding of client needs
Requirements
- At least three (3) years of experience applying Design Thinking
- Four (4) years or more in multidisciplinary and agile environments
- At least three (3) years of experience in exploratory research and Discoveries
- Must handle tools like Blueprints, journey maps, user persona, Miro, Mural, and Form
- Application of quantitative research and data analytics (desirable)
- Commercial intelligence activities (desirable)
- Use of data analytics tools (desirable)
- Use of AI in research (desirable)
