As a UX Researcher, you will closely collaborate with internal teams to provide methodological and organizational support in user research. You will participate in the implementation and monitoring of user tests and studies, ensuring their proper execution.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the setup and follow-up of user tests and studies, ensuring their smooth execution.
- Improve internal digital products for all employees, maintaining constant communication with other teams.
- Use a hybrid methodology and employ both quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Contribute to design thinking phases and collaborative workshops.
- Contribute to the development of the UX strategy.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in UX methodology, including user research and project management.
- Ability to evaluate the quality of a prototype at all stages.
- Good digital culture and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and excellent relational skills.
