Responsibilities
- Work with a collaborative and user-centric team to gather insights and data
- Partner with UXRs to conduct foundational and iterative research
- Own qualitative and quantitative UXR roadmap for project areas
- Work with stakeholders to formulate research questions and impact product strategy and design
- Create scalable frameworks to understand users and their needs
- Develop insights to create useful, usable, and delightful new products and features
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in an applied research setting
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field
- 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership
- 3 years of experience managing projects and working in a cross-functional organization
- Experience in a variety of product spaces, applied research, or academic settings
- Proficiency in communicating user research findings with cross-functional partners
