CBRE Sr. UX Designer role in the real estate industry, focusing on user research, design, and coding of interactive prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX for multiple digital product initiatives
- Leverage AI to amplify impact and achieve product and design outcomes
- Consume existing user research and insights
- Evaluate the user experience across features and products
- Design and code rapid prototypes of design concepts
- Ensure accessibility considerations are incorporated into designs
- Conduct and/or oversee user research activities
- Ensure prototypes are at the appropriate level of design fidelity
- Communicate research findings and design recommendations to key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Adhere and contribute to the enterprise design system
- Ensure work products delivered to engineering teams communicate expected behavior
- Evaluate the user experience of products and services over time
- Provide UX mentorship to others on the team
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience in a Sr level role and 8-10 years overall of dynamic experience in UX roles
- Well-rounded interaction design, visual design, and front-end development skills
- Obsession to understand user problems and help others understand them
- Comfort interacting with executive stakeholders
- Natural curiosity and ability to question the status quo
- Expertise in utilizing AI-powered prototyping tools
- Strong proficiency in front-end development using React and Angular frameworks
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- High proficiency in design tools like Figma and Miro
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner to multiple stakeholders
