Mobile UX Designer

Drive user-centered design processes and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive digital experiences for mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and data
• Partner with product management and contribute to roadmap initiatives
• Contribute to the development and execution of the UX vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Advance existing mobile design patterns and practices
• Execute user-centered design principles
• Work with other design team members to create and maintain visual and experiential consistency
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Communicate design rationale and present solutions
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints

Requirements

• Independent project experience in UX/UI design
• Background in both mobile and web applications
• Strong understanding of user research methods, accessibility standards, and mobile design standards
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and work management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• High emotional intelligence (EQ)
