Hybrid Full-time

As a Salesforce UX Designer, you will shape user-centered experiences across Salesforce implementations and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. You will apply UX methods to design scalable solutions, create prototypes, conduct assessments, and lead user research initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Apply user experience methods and techniques to design scalable, user-friendly Salesforce solutions
  • Create interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design intent and support development
  • Create wireframes and mockups for newly developed features
  • Conduct UX/UI assessments of features and complex user flows
  • Provide UI guidance to technical teams to ensure design consistency and feasibility
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops to align on product features and uncover user needs
  • Lead user research initiatives to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Advocate for Salesforce Lightning Design System standards and best practices
  • Design with accessibility in mind
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers
  • Document UX decisions and maintain design consistency across features

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in UX design, ideally within Salesforce or enterprise CRM environments
  • Proficiency in design tools – especially Figma
  • Willingness to learn about Salesforce technology and design system
  • Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks at hand
  • Problem solving attitude and quick learning
  • Open mind seeking for innovative solutions
  • Fluency in English and Polish
