The Senior UX Designer will empathize with users to create intuitive and simple user experiences, conducting research and translating findings into wireframes and prototypes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs and ensure a great user experience across multiple devices.
Responsibilities
- Understand core difficulties and devise creative and practical solutions
- Design sitemap, wireframes, mockups with a focus on improving user's life
- Present effective user stories and journeys across multiple devices
- Perform research and analyze user expectations
- Believe in action items on every screen and strive for minimalist design
- Facilitate client's digital product visions by designing wireframes, sketches, prototypes, and mockups
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, technical architects, developers, and visual designers
- Understand delivering value of good design today over a great design next year
- Administer and collect user acceptance testing and refine design if needed
- Iterate the complete product/system and identify areas for improvement
- Champion new ideas and take smart risks
Requirements
- Experience designing mobile apps or complex enterprise applications
- Proven experience in UX for multiple digital devices (Web, tablets, mobile, wearables)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other front-end markup languages
- Proficient with Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Invision, Sketch, MarvelApp, or UXPin
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand detailed requirements and align them to product vision
- Deep knowledge in UX standards
- Excited to follow the UX industry latest trends and technologies
- Experience designing for international languages and complex product requirements
- Can articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions to the team
- Seasoned in testing usability and accessibility concerns
- Open to constructive feedback
