Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered web and mobile applications aligned with business and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and functionality
- Collaborate with IT development teams to translate designs into functional, high-quality digital products
- Translate complex business requirements into clear and usable software design solutions
- Provide recommendations on best practices, user flow improvements, and current UI/UX trends to enhance product usability and overall experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or commensurate work experience required
- 7 years of experience in software product and user experience design required
- 3 years of experience with Design software including Figma and other packages required
- Experience working cross functionally to deliver quality solutions
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
